Create Folder

You can organize the boards of a workspace using a folder. You can create a table, or a document and embed a webpage in the folder. You can move your boards along with all the tables and any other content in them. You can move an application also and all the tables in the application are moved together.

To create a folder, follow these steps:

  1. Click the icon corresponding to the Search boards on the left navigation panel of the Workspace. A pop-up with options is displayed.
  2. Click Folder. A new folder is added under the Boards section on the left panel.

Perform other actions in the folder

You can perform some other actions in the folders.

Rename a folder

You can rename a folder name as per your requirement. By default <<Folder number>>, is added when you create a new folder.

To rename a folder, follow these steps:

  1. Hover over the folder you want to rename. Click the three dots icon corresponding to the <Folder name>. The list of options is displayed.
  2. Click Rename. The folder is highlighted and in editable mode. Enter the required name.

Create table

You can add a table directly to your folder.

To create a table, follow these steps:

    1. Hover over the folder under which you want to create a table. Click the three dots icon corresponding to the <Folder name>. The list of options is displayed.
    2. Click Create table. The Create table page is displayed from where you can create a table.
      Note: For more information about table, see Create a new table from scratch.

Create document

You can add a document directly to your folder.

To create a document, follow these steps:

  1. Hover over the folder under which you want to create a document. Click the three dots icon corresponding to the <Folder name>. The list of options is displayed.
  2. Click Create document. The Create document page is displayed from where you can create a document.
    Note: For more information about documents, see Create a new document.

Create an embed

You can create an embed and embed a webpage directly to your folder.

To create an embed, follow these steps:

  1. Hover over the folder under which you want to embed a webpage. Click the three dots icon corresponding to the <Folder name>. The list of options is displayed.
  2. Click Create embed. The Embed webpage page is displayed from where you can create an embed.
