The home screen would be an overview of the day for the user to see their meetings, scheduled tasks, and Kora all at once and navigate to their workspaces.
On the home screen now there are 4 widgets that you can use to get your work done fast:
- Tasks
- Recent boards and analytics
- Upcoming event
- Kora Bot
Upcoming event
This allows you to create a calendar event directly from Workspace.ai instead of going to any other email applications. You can click the + icon next to the Upcoming events widget title to schedule a meeting. For more information about scheduling a calendar event, see Create a calendar event.
Kora Bot
It is a virtual assistant that is built with the ability to understand your preferences for any specific task or scenario. For more information about how to communicate with Kora bot, see Work with Kora Bot.
Tasks
Helps you view the recent tasks you must complete. You can click a task to open an in-line edit through a right panel where you can see the details of that task. You can mark the task as complete and strike off by clicking the radio button. Click the ‘View all’ to expand the view of all the tasks. It will open the panel from the right and show you the list of tasks that are assigned to you. You can click the ‘+’ icon next to the Tasks widget title to open the Todo dialog and to add tasks to the list through the right panel. Recent boards and analytics
This widget shows the recently viewed boards and analytics. When you click any one of the options that are listed then the respective board in the Workspace.ai is opened. For more information about the different boards, see Add boards to a workspace.
The left navigation bar of the home screen is divided into 2 sections:
Top section
The upper half contains the icons of Work Assist and buttons like Home, Chats, Workspaces, and 3 recently opened workspaces.

- Home page button shows the Home page.
- Chat button opens the direct messages, board updates, and workspace topics where you can start interacting with members.
- Workspaces button gives you an expanded view of all the workspaces you are part of and also the shared boards.
- Recently opened workspaces icons take you directly to that specific workspace. You can see 3 recently opened workspace icons.
Bottom section
The bottom half contains buttons like Universal Search, Notifications, Recent Boards & Topics, Help, Bot Skills (Only if you are an admin), and Profile.

- The Universal Search button takes you to the search interface where you can search your required items.
- The Notifications button shows you all the notifications you have received.
- The Recent Boards and Analytics button take you to the recent boards and analytics page.
- The Help button opens up the subsection where you can choose your desired option. You can suggest a new feature, report a bug or you can access the help documents. It also shows the version you are using.
- The Profile button opens up a subsection where you can access your profile related options.
