Copy the webpage board link and share it with other users

You can copy the webpage board link and share it with other users.

To copy the webpage board link, follow these steps:

1. Click the three dots icon on the header section of the embedded webpage. A list of options is displayed.
2. Click Copy link from the options. Your link is copied and can be shared with other users.

Share and assign permissions to the embedded webpage

You can assign permissions and share the webpage board with other members so that collaborating becomes much easier.

To share and assign permissions, follow these steps:

1. Click the three dots icon on the header section of the webpage board. A list of options is displayed. Click Sharing and permissions from the options. The Sharing and permissions dialog is displayed.
2. Click the “Shared with Everyone in the workspace” toggle button if you want to share the embedded webpage with everyone.
3. Click Invite users to add a user to an application. The Invite users dialog is displayed. Add the name of the required member to share the embedded webpage. The member is added and can be viewed in the All Users section.
4. Click the Role link corresponding to the username and set access levels to the users. The following access levels are available:
   • Full access: You can invite other users, change access, and modify board preferences.
   • Editor: You can only edit and collaborate on this board.
   • Viewer: You can only view the embedded webpage.
5. Click Done to save changes.

Rename the webpage board

You can rename your webpage board.

To rename the webpage board, follow these steps:

1. Click the three dots icon on the header section of the embedded webpage. A list of options is displayed.
2. Click Rename. The webpage board name is highlighted, and you can delete the old name and enter a name of your choice.

Delete the webpage board

You can delete your webpage board if you no longer require it.

To delete a webpage board, follow these steps:

1. Click the three dots icon on the header section of the embedded web page. A list of options is displayed.
2. Click Delete from the options. A confirmation message is displayed. Click Ok to delete and continue with deletion process.
